Basil was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1985 following a career in the Courts. Basil was Warrnambool’s first Accredited Specialist in Family Law and remains one of the most experienced and knowledgeable family lawyers in South-West Victoria.

In addition to family law, Basil is also experienced in all areas of law which are practised at the firm.

Kiernan commenced employment with Fogarty Lawyers in 2009. He became an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law in 2016. Kiernan appears at all Courts and Tribunals, including the Magistrates’ Court, County Court and VCAT.

Kiernan’s practice areas include criminal law and court appearances, intervention orders, wills, estates, disputed wills and commercial leases.
